By accessing and using Analysy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our service.

2. Service Description

Analysy is an AI-powered database analytics platform that enables:

  • Connecting multiple PostgreSQL data sources
  • Performing natural language queries
  • Generating dynamic visualizations (line, bar, and pie charts)
  • Obtaining AI-powered intelligent insights
  • Accessing enterprise analytics with security and access controls
3. Registration and Account

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Analysy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Pricing Model and Billing

Credit System

Analysy uses a pay-as-you-go credit-based model. You pay only for the tokens you consume, with transparent pricing for input and output data.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit is $5 USD. Credits never expire and you can add funds whenever you need them.

Billing

Charges are automatically deducted from your credit balance. You will receive notifications when your balance is low.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Analysy, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for legal and legitimate purposes
  • Not attempt to access unauthorized data or systems
  • Not overload or interfere with our servers
  • Not use the service for fraudulent or malicious activities
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not resell or redistribute the service without authorization
6. Data and Privacy

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you connect to Analysy. We only process metadata necessary to provide the service, never storing your actual database data.

Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data and connections.

7. Intellectual Property

Analysy and all its components (software, algorithms, interface, content) are owned by Analysy and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Analysy available 24/7, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Analysy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

By You

You may cancel your account at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for legitimate business reasons, with prior notice when possible.

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be notified by email or through a notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Analysy has its principal headquarters. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
